Payment of Principal, Make-Whole Premium and Interest. The Owner Trustee covenants and agrees that it will, subject to Section 2.05 hereof, duly and punctually pay or cause to be paid the principal of, and interest and Make-Whole Premium, if any, and all other amounts due on, each of the Equipment Notes and under this Indenture at the place or places, at the respective times and in the manner provided in this Indenture and in the Equipment Notes.
