Payment of Principal, Premium and Interest; Compliance with Terms. With respect to each series of Securities, the Company will duly and punctually pay the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Securities of such series in accordance with the terms of the Securities of such series, and this Indenture, net of any taxes required to be withheld, and will duly comply with all the other terms, agreements and conditions contained in, or made in this Indenture for the benefit of, the Securities of such series. Except as otherwise specified as contemplated by Section 3.01 with respect to the Securities of a series, each installment of interest on the Registered Securities of any series may be paid by mailing checks for such interest payable to or upon the written order of the Holders of Registered Securities entitled thereto as they shall appear on the registry books of the Company.
