Payment of Principal Under the Securities. The Issuer shall punctually pay in cash the principal on the Securities on the dates and in the manner set forth in Article 2 above and as provided in Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Securities. One Business Day prior to each such date, the Issuer shall irrevocably deposit with the Trustee or the other Paying Agents money sufficient to make any such principal payment.

  • Responsibility of Principal The creation of any subcontract relationship shall not relieve the hiring Party of any of its obligations under this LGIA.
