Payment of Property Taxes. a. Tenant shall promptly pay when due all real property taxes and special assessments lawfully levied against the premises. b. Tenant shall respectively pay promptly all personal property taxes lawfully levied against personal property of any kind owned by Tenant and located on the premises.
