Payment of Purchase Price Adjustment Amounts. Any payment due under Section 1.6(e) by either SCI or Buyer, as the case may be, shall be paid in full, in cash, no later than seventy-five (75) days after the Closing Date, or, if later than such time, twenty (20) days after the date that the Audit Report is delivered to Buyer. Any amounts not paid within such time period shall accrue interest from the Closing Date through the date of payment at the prime rate as reported in The Wall Street Journal, Eastern Edition for the date of the Audit Report.
