Payment of Rates and Charges. Unless otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement, Licensee shall pay all rates and charges, as specified in the Agreement and/or in a schedule currently filed with the Division of Public Utility Control, within thirty (30) days from the dates of billing thereof.
