Payment of Real Property Taxes by Tenant. Tenant shall pay all Real Property Taxes applicable to the Premises during the Lease Term. If the Premises are not separately assessed, a share of the tax xxxx that includes the Premises shall be allocated to the Premises. Such share shall be equitably determined by Landlord based upon the Rentable Square Footage of the Premises compared to the total Rentable Square Footage covered by the tax xxxx, the respective valuations assigned in the assessor’s worksheet, or other reasonably available information.
