Common use of Payment of Real Property Taxes by Tenant Clause in Contracts

Payment of Real Property Taxes by Tenant. Tenant shall pay all Real Property Taxes applicable to the Premises during the Lease Term. If the Premises are not separately assessed, Tenant shall pay its Share thereof as equitably determined by Landlord based upon the Rentable Square Footage of the Premises compared to the total Rentable Square Footage covered by the tax xxxx the respective valuations assigned in the assessor’s worksheet, and/or other relevant factors. Tenant shall pay its Share of Real Property Taxes to Landlord, to the extent such obligation exceeds any amount thereof impounded under Section 4.4, within thirty (30) days after receipt of a statement from Landlord.
