Common use of Payment of Redemption Proceeds Clause in Contracts

Payment of Redemption Proceeds. The Sub-Administrator shall, upon receipt of the monies paid to it by the Company for the redemption of Shares, pay or credit such monies to the appropriate Accountholders. The Sub-Administrator shall not process or effect any redemption with respect to Shares of a certain Fund after receipt by the Sub-Administrator of notification of the suspension of the determination of the net asset value of such Fund.

The Sub-Sub- Administrator shall not process or effect any redemption with respect to ot Shares of a certain Fund after receipt by the Sub-Administrator of notification of the suspension of the determination of the net asset value of such Fund.

The Sub-Administrator shall not process or effect any redemption with respect to Shares of a certain Fund after receipt by the Sub-Administrator of notification of the suspension of the determination of the net asset value of such Fund.
