Payment of Refunds and other Tax Benefits. Except as set forth in Section 4.2(e), any refunds or other Tax Benefits received by either Company (or any of its Affiliates) as a result of any Adjustment Request which are for the account of the other Company (or member of such other Company's Group) shall be paid by the Company receiving (or whose Affiliate received) such refund or Tax Benefit to such other Company in accordance with Section 5.
