The Company shall pay all Registration Expenses in connection with registration of Registrable Securities requested pursuant to this Section 10, and the Selling Holders shall pay the underwriting discounts, commissions, and transfer taxes, if any, relating to the sale of such Selling Holders’ Registrable Securities pursuant to this Section 10.
