Payment of Rent to Court. In any lawsuit by Landlord for possession of the Premises, if Xxxxxx raises any defense other than payment, Tenant must pay into the registry of the court the past due rent set forth in Landlord’s complaint, or an amount determined by the court, and the rent which comes due during the lawsuit, as it comes due. Failure of Tenant to pay the rent into the registry of the court will be a waiver of Tenant’s defenses other than payment.
