Payment of Required Amounts. The Reorganization Trust shall have paid, in full, in cash (i) the Agreed PoJo Cure Amount to the Lease Indenture Trustees and (ii) the PoJo Restructuring Fees to the appropriate attorneys and financial advisors to the PoJo Parties.
