Payment of Fees and Charges 3.1 The Participant shall pay to the Service Provider the fees and charges as long as this Agreement continues in force.
Maintenance Fees All maintenance and similar fees in respect of any Purchased Assets that are due and payable prior to the Closing have been paid in full.
Service Fees and Charges Service fees and charges for participation in IDX shall be as established annually by the Board of Directors. (Amended 5/05)
PAYMENT OF OTHER HOUSING CANCELLATION FEES AND OTHER ASSESSMENTS Except for rental charges, all housing charges, including but not limited to cancellation fees, rekey fees, and any other non-rental housing charge are due and payable when billed.
Residence Fees The Resident must pay the “Residence Fees” in accordance with the Rates and Payment Schedules detailed in Table 4 for the right to occupy a Room during the Term. Tables 2, 3 and 4 also detail additional Fees that the Resident is subject to, including the cost of Extended Terms. If a hard copy of this Agreement is required by the Manager, the Resident is required to select one of the payment schedule options, by initialing their desired option.
Franchise Fees Lessee will maintain in full force and effect, and pay or cause to be paid all fees and other charges payable pursuant to, any Franchise Agreement with respect to the Hotel.
Transfer Fees and Taxes If any of the Common Shares subscribed for are to be issued to a person or persons other than the Registered Warrantholder, the Registered Warrantholder shall execute the form of transfer and will comply with such reasonable requirements as the Warrant Agent may stipulate and will pay to the Corporation or the Warrant Agent on behalf of the Corporation, all applicable transfer or similar taxes and the Corporation will not be required to issue or deliver certificates evidencing Common Shares unless or until such Warrantholder shall have paid to the Corporation or the Warrant Agent on behalf of the Corporation, the amount of such tax or shall have established to the satisfaction of the Corporation and the Warrant Agent that such tax has been paid or that no tax is due.
Record Maintenance and Retention A. Grantee shall keep and maintain under GAAP or GASB, as applicable, full, true, and complete records necessary to fully disclose to the System Agency, the Texas State Auditor’s Office, the United States Government, and their authorized representatives sufficient information to determine compliance with the terms and conditions of this Grant Agreement and all state and federal rules, regulations, and statutes.
SERVICE FEES AND ASSESSMENTS UCF DHRL reserves the right to charge the Student for various services or as a form of sanction; charges may be found at xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/costs/charges/; charge amounts are updated from time to time, the Student is responsible for the charge amount posted on the website on the date the charge is assessed.
CONTRACT LIMIT, FEES AND EXPENSES changing the not-to-exceed amount of the Contract from ONE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED NINTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($1,790,000.00) to TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($2,100,000.00), as approved by the Executive Director on October 22, 2021.
