Common use of Payment of Restricted Stock Clause in Contracts

Payment of Restricted Stock. At the end of the applicable restriction period relating to Restricted Stock granted to a Key Employee Participant or Advisor Participant, one or more stock certificates for the appropriate number of Shares, free of restrictions, shall be delivered to the Participant, or, if the Participant received stock certificates representing the Restricted Stock at the time of grant, the legends placed on such certificates shall be removed.

Payment of Restricted Stock. At the end of the applicable restriction period relating to Restricted Stock granted to a Key Employee Participant or Advisor ParticipantStock, one or more stock certificates for the appropriate number of Shares, free of restrictions, shall be delivered to the Participant, or, if the Participant received stock certificates representing the Restricted Stock at the time of grant, the legends placed on such certificates shall be removedremoved upon request of the Participant.
