Common use of Payment of Secured Obligations Clause in Contracts

Payment of Secured Obligations. Mortgagor shall pay when due the principal of and the interest on the indebtedness evidenced by the Notes, all charges, fees and other sums as provided in the Loan Documents (including, without limitation, any prepayment fee); the principal of and interest on any future advances secured by this Mortgage; and the principal of and interest on any other indebtedness secured by this Mortgage.

Payment of Secured Obligations. Mortgagor shall pay when due the principal of of, and the interest on on, the indebtedness evidenced by created under the NotesAgreement, all charges, fees and other sums as provided in the Loan Documents (including, without limitation, any prepayment fee); the principal of of, and interest on on, any future advances secured by this Mortgage; and that Mortgagor shall pay when due the principal of charges, fees and interest on any all other indebtedness secured by this Mortgagesums as provided in the Loan Documents.

Mortgagor shall pay when due the principal of of, and the interest on the indebtedness evidenced by the Notes, and all charges, fees and other sums as provided in amounts due under the Obligations and the Notes and shall otherwise comply with all the terms of the Senior Loan Agreement, the Loan Documents (includingDocuments, without limitationthe Security Agreement, any prepayment fee); the principal of Notes, the Prior Mortgage, this Mortgage and interest on any future advances secured by this Mortgage; and the principal of and interest on any other indebtedness secured by this Mortgageagreements related to the Security Agreement and Notes.
