Payment of Servicing Fees; Repayment of Advances. If the Servicer shall change, the predecessor Servicer shall be entitled to (i) receive any accrued and unpaid Servicing Fees through the date of such Successor Servicer’s acceptance hereunder in accordance with Section 4.08 and (ii) reimbursement for Outstanding Advances pursuant to Section 5.08 with respect to all Advances made by the predecessor Servicer.
