Common use of Payment of Shares Clause in Contracts

Payment of Shares. Payments made pursuant to this Award Agreement shall be payable in Shares. The Company shall, except as set forth in your Employment Agreement and subject to Sections 3(a), 3(b), 3(d) and 7 of this Award Agreement, deliver to you or your legal representative, on each Settlement Date, one Share for each RSU that is scheduled to be settled on such date in accordance with the terms of this Award Agreement.

Payment of Shares. Payments made pursuant to this Award Agreement shall be payable in Shares. The Company shall, except as set forth in your Employment Agreement and subject to Sections 3(a), 3(b), 3(d) and 7 of this Award Agreement, deliver to you or your legal representativerepresentative the Shares due pursuant to this Award Agreement as soon as practicable following the date that the relevant RSUs become fully vested and nonforfeitable, whether on each Settlement Date, one Share for each RSU that is scheduled to be settled the Vesting Date or on such other date in accordance with the terms pursuant to Section 3 of this Award Agreement.
