Common use of Payment of Stock Purchase Price Clause in Contracts

Payment of Stock Purchase Price. At the Closing, the Buyer shall deliver the Stock Purchase Price by way of a stock certificate evidencing the Shares, or in book entry form at the offices of the transfer agent of the Buyer, at the discretion of the Seller, and if in certificate form the Buyer’s Stock will be delivered to the Seller at the location designated by Seller.

Payment of Stock Purchase Price. Payment of Stock Purchase Price.
