Payment of Subcontractor. Contractor shall promptly pay, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the respective Subcontract, each Subcontractor the amount to which said Subcontractor is entitled. Contractor shall, by an appropriate agreement with each Subcontractor, require each Subcontractor to make timely payments to its laborers, suppliers and subcontractors in a similar manner.
