Common use of Payment of Supplementary Bills Clause in Contracts

Payment of Supplementary Bills. a) Either party may raise a ("Supplementary Bill") for payment on account of adjustments required by the Energy Accounts (if any) and such Supplementary Bill shall be paid by the other Party. b) The Parties shall remit all amounts due under a Supplementary Bill to the Designated Account by the Due Date. c) The Rebate and Late Payment Surcharge shall be applicable at the same terms applicable to the Monthly Bill.
