Upon receipt under the Debentures of Additional Sums, the Property Trustee shall promptly pay with moneys provided by the Depositor any taxes, duties or governmental charges of whatsoever nature (other than withholding taxes) imposed on the Issuer Trust by the United States or any other taxing authority.
