Payment of Taxes, Duties, Etc. of the Issuer Trust. Upon receipt under the Notes of Additional Sums, the Property Trustee shall at the direction of the Administrative Trustees promptly pay any taxes, duties or governmental charges of whatsoever nature (other than withholding taxes) imposed on the Issuer Trust by the United States or any other taxing authority, which were included in such Additional Sums.
