Common use of Payment of Taxes Fees and Other Charges Clause in Contracts

Payment of Taxes Fees and Other Charges. Any material taxes, fees and other governmental charges in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and the other Basic Documents and any other agreements contemplated herein or therein shall have been paid or will be paid at or prior to the Closing Date to the extent then due.
