Common use of Payment of Taxes, Insurance and Other Charges Clause in Contracts

Payment of Taxes, Insurance and Other Charges. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Servicer shall maintain, or cause to be maintained, accurate records reflecting any delinquencies or nonpayments with regard to taxes, assessments and Standard Hazard Policy premiums. The Servicer assumes full responsibility for ensuring the payment of all such bills and shall effect payments of all such bills irrespective of each Mortgagor's faithful performance in the payment of same or the making of the Escrow Payments and shall make advances from its own funds to effect such payments.
