Common use of Payment of Taxes to Lessor Clause in Contracts

Payment of Taxes to Lessor. On the First (1st) day of each month during the Initial Term and any extended term thereafter, Lessee shall pay to Lessor, as additional rent, without offset or deduction, an amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of the estimated Taxes as calculated by Lessor (prorated for any partial month). The estimated Tax payment for the Initial Term is set forth herein-above.
