PAYMENT OF THE ACQUISITION PRICE. At such time as payment of the Acquisition Price becomes due hereunder, the Purchaser shall pay the Acquisition Price to the FF&E Agent on behalf of GE Capital and the Participants by federal wire transfer of immediately available funds to the account specified in clause (b) of Section 3 of the Facilities Agreement or such other account or accounts as may be specified in writing by the FF&E Agent.
