Common use of Payment of the Bonus Amount Clause in Contracts

Payment of the Bonus Amount. The Bonus Amount shall be payable in cash. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Designated Event is a Public Offering, the Company may, in its sole discretion, issue Stock or other securities that are exercisable for or convertible into Stock in lieu of cash payment of the Bonus Amount. The number of securities issued in payment of the Bonus Amount would be based on the price per share of the securities sold in the Public Offering.
