Common use of Payment of the City’s Administrative Service Fee Clause in Contracts

Payment of the City’s Administrative Service Fee. The City shall be paid from the CID Sales Tax Fund an Administrative Service Fee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total CID revenues generated within the District. The $5,000 application fee paid by Developer upon submission of this Agreement to the City shall be applied as a credit toward payment of the Administrative Service Fee.
