PAYMENT OF THE FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION. 3.01 Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Destination BC will provide the Financial Contribution to the Recipient, in the amount and manner and at the times set out in Schedule "B". In no event will the Financial Contribution exceed the “maximum amount” set out in Schedule “B”.
