Common use of Payment of the Transfer Price Clause in Contracts

Payment of the Transfer Price. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, at the Closing, the portion of Transfer Price payable to the Seller shall be paid by the Purchaser by wire transfer of immediately available funds to the bank account of the Seller, provided that the wiring instruction shall be provided by the Seller to the Purchaser at least three (3) day prior to the Closing Date.

Payment of the Transfer Price. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, at the Closing, Closing the portion of Transfer Price payable to the Seller shall be paid by the Purchaser by wire transfer of immediately available funds to the bank account of the Seller, provided that the wiring instruction shall be provided by the Seller to the Purchaser at least three one (31) business day prior to the Closing Date.

Payment of the Transfer Price. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, at the Closing, 100% of the portion of Transfer Price payable to the Seller set forth opposite each Seller’s name on Exhibit A hereto shall be paid by the Purchaser by wire transfer of immediately available funds to the bank account of the such Seller, provided that the wiring instruction shall be provided by the each Seller to the Purchaser at least three (3) day days prior to the Closing Date.
