Payment of the Withholding. Amount after settlement (a) pay the Withholding Amount to the Commissioner before the end of the Business Day on which settlement occurs; and (b) provide to the Seller within 2 Business Days after settlement, evidence showing that the Withholding Amount has been paid to the Commissioner.
