Common use of Payment of Transfer Taxes and Other Charges Clause in Contracts

Payment of Transfer Taxes and Other Charges. The Buyer shall be responsible for and shall pay all stock transfer Taxes, real property transfer Taxes, sales Taxes, documentary stamp Taxes, recording charges and other similar Taxes arising in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. Each of the parties hereto shall prepare and file, and shall fully cooperate with each other party with respect to the preparation and filing of, any Tax Returns and other filings relating to any such Taxes or charges as may be required.

Payment of Transfer Taxes and Other Charges. Each of the parties hereto shall prepare and file, and shall fully cooperate with each other party with respect to the preparation and filing of, any Tax Returns and other filings relating to any such Taxes or charges as may be required.
