Common use of Payment of Transfer Taxes Clause in Contracts

Payment of Transfer Taxes. Upon the transfer of any Equipment Note or Equipment Notes pursuant to Section 2.07, the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee may require from the party requesting such new Equipment Note or Equipment Notes payment of a sum to reimburse the Owner Trustee or the Indenture Trustee for, or to provide funds for the payment of, any tax or other governmental charge in connection therewith.
