Payment of Transfer Taxes. Upon and as a condition to the transfer of any Note or Notes pursuant to Section 4.5, the Borrower may require from the party requesting such new Note or Notes payment of a sum to reimburse the Borrower for, or to provide funds for the payment of, any tax or other governmental charge in connection therewith.
