Payment of Water and Sewer Connection Fees. Summit shall pay a water connection fee of $300.00 and a sewer connection fee of $400.00 for each of the housing units on Lots 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, and 18 at the time for a Certificate of Occupancy for each respective lot. Summit shall also pay a water connection fee of $300.00 and a sewer connection fee of $400.00 for each dwelling unit in the multifamily portion of the Project on Lots 12, 19, and 20 at the time for a Certificate of Occupancy for each respective lot.
