Common use of Payment of Xxxxxx’s Costs and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of Xxxxxx’s Costs and Expenses. If Xxxxxx has required Borrower to pay immediately in full as described above, Xxxxxx will have the right to be paid back by Borrower for all of its costs and expenses in enforcing this Note to the extent not prohibited by applicable law. If allowed by applicable law those expenses include, for example, reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Payment of Xxxxxx’s Costs and Expenses. If Xxxxxx has required Borrower to pay immediately in full as described above, Xxxxxx will have the right to be paid back by Borrower both before and after any Survival Event as defined in this Note, for all of its costs and expenses in enforcing this Note to the extent not prohibited by applicable law.
