Common use of Payment of Xxxxxx’s Costs and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of Xxxxxx’s Costs and Expenses. Lender will have the right to be paid back by Borrower for Xxxxxx’s entire costs and expenses, including Attorneys’ Fees and Costs, resulting from any default under this Note or in connection with efforts to collect any amount due under this Note, or to enforce the provisions of any of the other Loan Documents, including those costs and expenses incurred in post-judgment collection efforts and in any bankruptcy proceeding (including any action for relief from the automatic stay) or judicial or nonjudicial foreclosure proceeding. Xxxxxxxx agrees that, in connection with each request by Borrower under this Note or any other Loan Document, Borrower must pay all Attorneys’ Fees and Costs and expenses incurred by Xxxxxx, regardless of whether the matter is approved, denied or withdrawn.
