Common use of Payment of Xxxxxx’s Expenses and Costs Clause in Contracts

Payment of Xxxxxx’s Expenses and Costs. The Borrower will pay to the Lender on demand any Costs. Costs form part of the Indebtedness and will bear interest in accordance with terms of an Agreement and this Mortgage as they relate to Costs.
