Common use of Payment on account of Change in Law Clause in Contracts

Payment on account of Change in Law. 12.4.1 The payment for Change in Law shall be through a separate Xxxx. However, in case of any change in Monthly Transmission Charges by reason of Change in Law, as determined in accordance with this Agreement, the Bills to be raised by the Nodal Agency after such change in Transmission Charges shall appropriately reflect the changed Monthly Transmission Charges.
