Payment on account of Change in Law. The payment for Change in Law shall be through Supplementary Xxxx as mentioned in Article 10.10. However, in case of any change in Monthly Transmission Charges by reason of Change in Law, as determined in accordance with this Agreement, the Monthly Invoice to be raised by the TSP after such change in Transmission Charges shall appropriately reflect the changed Monthly Transmission Charges.
