Payment on Business Days. Whenever any payment due under this Agreement shall fall due on a day other than a Business Day, the due date of such payment shall be extended to the next succeeding Business Day (subject, however, to SUBSECTION (a) of the definition of the term "Interest Period") and such payment shall be made on such Business Day, and such extension of time shall be included in the computation of interest.
