Payment on Nonbusiness Days. Whenever any payment to be made hereunder or under the Notes shall be stated to be due on a day other than a Business Day, such payment may be made on the next succeeding Business Day, and such extension of time shall in each case be included in the computation of payment of interest on such Note or the fees hereunder, as the case may be.
