Payment Only Upon Dissolution. Except for the Optional Redemption provided for in Section 9, the Series C Preferred Interests, together with any Series C Allocated Preferred Return that has not yet been paid by the issuance of additional Series C Preferred Interests as provided in Section 4 hereof, are payable in cash only upon dissolution of the Partnership.
