Payment or Acceptance. Neither final payment nor acceptance of the work shall relieve Subcontractor of responsibility for failure to meet the warranties made in the Subcontract.

Payment Not Acceptance Payment of any progress payment or final payment shall not constitute acceptance of Work that is defective or otherwise fails to conform to the Agreement, or a waiver of any rights or remedies the Department may have with respect to defective or nonconforming Work.
Acceptance/Payment Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by County, 1) acceptance shall not be deemed complete unless in writing and until all the goods/services have actually been received, inspected, and tested to the satisfaction of County, and 2) payment shall be made in arrears after satisfactory acceptance.
Order Acceptance All orders are subject to acceptance only at Seller’s facility in Farmington, Connecticut. Acceptance; Purchase Buyer shall accept the goods and pay a total sum of $26,390.00 for the goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
No Implied Acceptance Payment does not imply acceptance of Contractor’s invoice, Goods, Services, or Deliverables. Contractor shall immediately refund any payment made in error. The JBE shall have the right at any time to set off any amount owing from Contractor to the JBE against any amount payable by the JBE to Contractor under this Agreement.
