Payment or Payments Clause Samples

The 'Payment or Payments' clause defines the obligations and procedures related to the transfer of money between parties under the agreement. It typically specifies when payments are due, acceptable methods of payment, and any conditions or documentation required for payment to be made. For example, it may require payment within 30 days of receiving an invoice or stipulate that payments must be made via bank transfer. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of financial expectations, reducing the risk of disputes over payment timing or methods.
