Payment or Refund of Dues/Premiums Upon Cancellation. In the event of cancellation, the Employer shall promptly pay any earned Premiums which have not previously been paid. CCSB shall within 30 days of cancellation (1) return to the Employer the amount of prepaid Premiums, if any, that Blue Shield determines have not been earned as of the effective date of cancellation, and (2) provide Benefits of the Plan for services incurred during the time coverage was in effect up to and including the effective date of cancellation.
