PAYMENT TERMS AND CREDIT EXTENSION. Payment terms shall be Net 45 days. Payment made on open accounts shall be effected by wire transfer or other instrument acceptable to Manufacturer. Manufacturer reserves the right at all times either generally or with respect to any specific order, to withdraw, change, or limit the amount or credit extended under such terms to Distributor. In the absence of an open account, payment shall be effected by means of irrevocable letters of credit on a California bank established to Manufacturer's satisfaction, or by prepayment by wire transfer at the time the order is placed. All exchange, interest, banking, collection or other charges shall be at the sole expense of Distributor.
