Payment Terms; Refund. 3.2.1 Any payments not made within the specified period of time for payment shall incur an interest charge at the rate of the Overdue Interest Amount on such overdue amounts, excluding any amounts that are subject to a bona fide dispute between the parties. All payments shall be made in U.S. dollars through electronic transfer of funds or other wire transfers.
