Common use of Payment Timing Clause in Contracts

Payment Timing. Payments for Approved Claims for reimbursement for Out-of- Pocket Costs, Attested Time, and/or Additional Cash Payments shall be issued in the form of a check mailed and/or an electronic payment as soon as practicable after the allocation and distribution of funds are determined by the Settlement Administrator following the Effective Date.

The Settlement Administrator shall utilize electronic payment methods wherever possible.

Payments for Approved Valid Claims for reimbursement for approved Out-of- of-Pocket Costs, Losses and Attested Time, and/or Additional Cash Payments Time as set forth in Paragraph 50 and 51 shall be issued in the form of a check mailed and/or an electronic payment to the Settlement Class Member as soon as practicable after the allocation and distribution of funds are determined by the Settlement Administrator following the Effective Datedate the claim is approved.
